Judo club "ASAHI" sportswomen motivation peculiarities

Object of analysis - judo club \"ASAHI\" sportswomen activity motivation. Objective of analysis- to estimate „ASAHI“ club sportswomans activitys motivation peculiarity. Tasks: 1. To investigate the sportswomen motivations peculiarity skill dimension. 2. To explore the sportswomen motivations peculiarity age dimension. 3. To explore the motivation for success (achievement motivation) age and skill in its aspect. Methods of analysis: analysis of literature, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis. Inquisitorial- judo club \"ASAHI\" sportswomen (n = 67). Results of analysis. Found that satisfaction and competence motives dominate in judo sportswomen motivation. The appearance, physical strength and social motives were less important for inquisitorial. There dominated the average sportswomen judo activity level of motivation. High-skill sport judo sportsmen satisfaction (p<0,05), competence (p<0,05), appearance (p<0,05), physical strength (p<0,05) and social motives were higher than the average or low-skill sport judo athletes. High-skill sportswomen have been expressed in the most physical capacity, satisfaction and competence of the reasons, medium-skill athletes - physical capacity and the appearance of the grounds, and the low-skill athletes - satisfaction and social motives. Different ages judo sportsmen activities motivation did not differ statistically significant. Judo sportswomen motives of 14-17 years were most expressed satisfaction and the physical capacity of the grounds, and 18-25 years -were more expressed in the physical power. Different ages judo athlete did not differ according to the success of the motivation, predominanted high enough and the average success motivation.
