To investigate the sportswomen motivations peculiarity skill dimension. 2. To explore the sportswomen motivations peculiarity age dimension. 3. To explore the motivation for success (achievement motivation) age and skill in its aspect. Methods of analysis: analysis of literature, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis.
